“For me, free movement is a deep passion. It’s about allowing yourself to drop into feeling — to be moved from a place of inner connection. That might come through emotion, memory, or music. Whatever arises becomes the starting point for the journey.
Movement is a powerful way to integrate and metabolise life. It’s a way of listening — of connecting to yourself on an honest, intimate level. I see it as an art form, a mode of truth and expression. It’s not about performance. It has nothing to do with how it looks on the outside, and everything to do with how deeply you can feel inside yourself. You can’t get it wrong.
There’s no one to compare yourself to. Movement is deeply personal — a unique and connected form of art. When I’m moving, I’m not consciously thinking about what I’m doing. I’m so immersed in the inner experience that whatever happens externally is simply a reflection of what I’m feeling.
Sometimes that expression shows up in small details — the hands, the arms, posture. I love exploring the dexterity of the body: isolating, spiralling, playing with our physiology. We can get stuck moving in linear ways, but the body wants to play. We have a 360-degree capacity — our joints, our spine, every facet of us is designed to move.
We often think of ourselves as fixed or narrow, but we’re not. We’re organic beings, deeply connected to the architecture of nature. When we’re truly listening to our experience, there’s no such thing as moving wrong.
Movement is a powerful way to make meaning of life. That’s why it connects so naturally with what we wear. When I’m wearing these pieces, I’m acutely aware that they’re made from natural fibres. They move with such fluidity that they allow a sense of freedom — a connection to nature and its lines, curves, and colours.
The pieces feel almost like wearing nothing. There’s space, freedom, and permission to feel the curves of your own body. When you’re not worrying about discomfort or restriction, expression comes naturally. There’s a quiet synchronicity between the way the pieces fit and the way they allow you to be fully in your own movement.”
